How to Use 

For a delicious cup of Viva tea add 30g (approx. 3 heaped teaspoonfuls) of Viva to hot water or tea. Add sugar if needed only for your required level and enjoy it.

Viva is a malted food beverage to be consumed as part of your daily diet and exercise plan. Recommended serving is 3 times per day. After opening ,place contents in an airtight container in cool ,dry place and away from sun light. Always use a dry spoon.
